Alan is a vastly experienced chef and renown in the industry. He was Head Chef for Nico Ladenis at Simply Nico’s in London when Nico Ladenis became the first British chef to receive 3 Michelin stars.

He became Head Chef at the Ivy restaurant in London during its heyday under the ownership of legendary restaurateurs Chris Corbin and Jeremy King.

He went on to be Group Head Chef of Soho House.

We will be having communal tables where people sit together who might not know each other, this adds to the experience as it encourages interaction between the guests.
