Personalised Pilates classes, helping you build strength, flexibility and confidence in your movement.

HD Pilates Cornwall is run by Heidi Dorschler, an experienced Pilates teacher with a particular interest in helping people understand how they move. Having used Pilates herself to recover from serious back problems and manage hypermobility, Heidi takes a highly personalised approach to teaching, with small classes, careful observation and exercises adapted to individual needs. Classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to advanced, and take place at the MMI in St Agnes.
