Marina has over a decade of experience of teaching Pilates, a method she discovered in 2007 at the recommendation of her physio. After suffering for many years with severe neck and shoulder pain, Marina felt the benefits after her very first class. Her pain quickly disappeared and she felt stronger, more flexible and more in control of her body. Marina was so impressed with the Pilates method that she decided to train to become a teacher, qualifying in 2013 with the renowned Body Control Pilates Association.
Since qualifying Marina continues to develop and expand her knowledge, attending regular courses and workshops alongside her own daily practice.
Marina is a qualified Back4Good® Practitioner. This training is endorsed by BackCare, the UK charity for healthier backs; by leading medical practitioners and by the independent bodies who oversee quality and standards for the UK health and fitness industry.
