My name is Alex and I am a Beauty Specialist and Aesthetician specialising in facial aesthetics and holistic therapies. I also teach Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Ballet barre fusion. I run a wellness retreat with my family in a stunning valley surrounded by ancient old oak trees and a brook called Wrinklers Wood. It is hidden away near the quaint Cornish coastal village of St Agnes. I trained in London, Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Nepal and Bali. I have always been a great believer in achieving good Health through nutrition, exercise and skin care so I feel privileged to work in these industries.
