Following in the footsteps of sadly discontinued The Bolster, its aim is to serve the community with updates from around the parish.
If you'd like to contribute any local news or announcements (be that a sports club, community group, or personal story), please get in touch.
At some point in the future we hope to create a printed version of the news for those not online but this will depend on the success of the online version.

This year we’re delighted to introduce our brand-new Family Zone on Trevaunance Road.
We know the busiest part of the carnival route can sometimes feel a little overwhelming for younger children and some visitors. The Family Zone offers a little more space to enjoy the procession while still soaking up all the carnival atmosphere.
You’ll also find:
Afina Facepainting
The Cheeky Little Monkey Ice Cream Van
St Agnes Pizza Company
Vellas Coffee
Families with neurodivergent children or adults may also find this a more comfortable place to enjoy the carnival.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone for another fantastic celebration of our village. Whether you’re taking part in the procession, cheering from the sidelines or simply soaking up the atmosphere, we hope you have an amazing evening.
See you on Saturday!
